One of the best ways for the students and their families to find us is through the media.  We're always proud when our students appear in the press....and they are proud of their accomplishments. San Diego Union Tribune - North County Edition

"The Rhoades School recently hosted its second regional Future City contest, with 50 middle school teams from Southern California competing. Teams imagined, researched, designed and built cities using STEM skills to solve real-world problems.  This year's theme was "The Power of Public Spaces."  Students were asked to design a network of innovative, multi-use public spaces to serve a diverse city."

These 8th graders from Wildwood School (in Santa Monica) were my 7th grade students the last year I was at Wildwood. It was so exciting to see them again and to see the wonderful work they did on their Future City projects!  In fact, the entire 8th grade made the trip to Encinitas that day.
